I took my sons iPhone 7 in to get the screen replaced on Monday. I was charged PS40 for the privilege. The screen then popped out and shattered on the Wednesday. I returned to the shop on the Thursday to explain what had happened. I was basically called a liar and told the phone must have been dropped. I explained again what had happened and was again advised the phone HAD to have been dropped. A previous review advised another customer had had exactly the same problem and got the same unhelpful response. I was offered a PS10 discount on a replacement screen so I’d have to pay another PS30. The person, possibly the owner, genuinely believed he was doing me a favour. I respectfully declined and left the shop as I don’t like being called a liar and didn’t want to say something I might regret. We later sent an email which got the same unhelpful and disrespectful reply. Disrespectful and unprofessional staff (except the young guy who served me initially on the Monday, I didn’t get his name, he seemed friendly enough). Will not be using their services again and will not be recommending to anyone.

Shop is very welcoming with all the necessary distancing and wearing of face masks (although some ignorant members of public had to be reminded by the staff about wearing of masks)
Staff were very professional throughout and in a warm friendly manner.
Both repairs were done within the hour and the costs for both phones was excellent.
The phones came back looking like new and are working superbly
