I tried to have the RAM on my older laptop upgraded here. Although they were unable to upgrade the RAM due to its age, they upgraded the hard drive to solid state. It performs so much better now and probably spent more in labour than what they charged for. Also upgraded the Wi-Fi receiver, so the internet no longer drops out randomly. Have had zero problems since having it back. Very happy with the service and I highly recommend IVC computer services.
I had smashed my laptop screen and brought it into IVC computer services for a quote and fixing. I was greeted by lovely and patient reception staff and Ian was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and made sure I had the right screen for my special gaming computer. Reasonable price too. So happy with the service and my laptop screen is working perfectly! Thanks so much!
I inquired about purchasing computer parts and if they could provide a comparable quote vrs umart and/or PC case gear to which they asked me to email ‘ian’ the quotes. That was last week and have had no reply, this review is to highlight my experience.
