I made the mistake of trying to run El Capitan on my Mac Mini that had only 2 GB of RAM. Needless to say, this resulted in a lot of frustration, swearing, and staring at the spinning rainbow beach ball. After getting completely fed up, I brought the Mac Mini to IZCO so they could upgrade it to 8 GB of RAM.

I’ve only been using my upgraded system for an hour since picking it up, and I am already completely thrilled with how much better it runs. I haven’t seen the rainbow beach ball once. IZCO did a great job, and have very fair prices. I will also add that they ended up having to spend a lot longer with my computer than they originally thought since one of the RAM sticks they ordered turned out to be faulty. However, in spite of all the extra time it took, they did not charge me extra than the amount originally quoted.

Great place. I needed a WIN 10 bootable disc to repair my computer. I called several others in the Valley and was turned away, quoted the same amount as buying a brand new copy, or given a long story as to why it would take days to arrange. IZCO didn’t have what I needed when I called, but they managed to make one under an hour and faster than I could trace to their store.

Iwas ready to pay a premium after no one else showed interested, they blew me away with great pricing and a little technical coaching before I left.

I’ll be looking for ways to support these folk.

They took care of everything with the installation of the hardware, including download of all software and moving all the files. The quality of the hardware was far superior to what is available at electronic stores for very similar pricing. Great to have this quality of support from a local company.
