Had a Macbook Air 13″ where two screw standoffs within the logic board of a replacement USB-C board that I purchased (old one was completely damaged and broken) had to be replaced due to because both its screws were stuck inside, broke, and unable to remove the remaining parts of the screws out of the standoffs. Jack did an absolutely first class job in getting this done for me and only took him about 20 minutes to complete!! He also installed the replacement USB-C board and even provided replacement screws for the part! Price was exactly as quoted that was very reasonable to rectify the issue I had. Thanks to him, my Macbook is now in good working order and working flawlessly! Jack’s professionalism and customer service was top notch, always responding to my calls and texts very fast, and was really friendly throughout the entire process. I defiantly will not hesitate to be in touch again if I encounter any other computer/phone related issues that requires repairs where he is able to get fixed for me very quickly and without any problems. I cannot strongly recommend him and his services highly enough!

Very friendly and fast responsive. My phone’s screen had a crack on the second layer of glass underneath the protective layer which lead to my screen going black and being unusable. Jack ordered the part and replaced the screen within 3 days and it looks brand new. Very excellent service and would highly recommend to be used in the future. Will be going back.
