I took my laptop into the shop to be fixed (cracked scren). I was informed that the work could be carried and an accurate price would be given once the parts prices were fully known. I received no response on my mobile number after 10 days so I followed up by telephone. Apparently, my mobile number had been lost which was the reason for not phoning back. I then gave my mobile number again over the phone and was told a price would be given ASAP. I haven’t heard anything back since, which is around 3 weeks ago. I can only assume that the work could not be carried out. It would be nice to know if that was the case so I could ask someone else. Overall, very poor communication and a waste of my time. This is particularly dissapointing because I’ve had other items fixed at the shop to a good standard.

Popped in today, to get my wife’s phone screen fixed as it hasn’t worked properly since being repaired at another shop. Jay showed us how poorly the previous repair had been done with a low quality screen, and he clearly and interestingly explained the difference. Within an hour the phone screen was as good as new with a noticeable difference. Nice guy, great service, expertly done. Ps his own original phone cases are excellent

Jay Tee Mobile was recommended to me by my dad for his great service, and he exceeded my expectations. I bought my phone to him after a very poor repair job done. He fixed my screen, the back of my phone and true tone issues. He was so careful to correct all the mistakes from the previous repair and returned my phone to me like new!
