We used Jaycee’s PC’s because they’ve been known to us for many years. We believe in supporting local business and we wanted to work with someone that can provide a bespoke service and product aftercare. They have provided excellent repair services for us in the past, that has been both fuss free and really affordable, with no unecessary complications. They have also recently supplied us with some high-spec custom built PC’s and have been able to upgrade and repurpose our old ones, which was a bonus! We’re really happy with everything they’ve done for us and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for expertise, quick turnaround, great customer service and the ability to build anything you need to fit your requirements – we wanted some big screens and they got these for us and set everything up when it was ready. We have used Jaycee’s for inks and they have always been very competitive and friendly to deal with. Called in today with an old laptop asking for advice re repair. The laptop wasn’t worth repairing as the operating system will shortly be out of date. However we had done some research re a new model, the guy who dealt with us (sorry didn’t get his name) took the time to discuss this with us to ensure we were buying the most suitable model for our needs. He didn’t push a sale, if Jaycee’s could have sold us the product we certainly would have purchased from them. Friendly, thorough, excellent service.

Went in early Saturday with a computer showing no life and within 3 hours, I got a call saying my computer was working perfectly and he had installed the new RAM I gave them as well. Excellent customer service and they were so friendly and nice to talk to. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for anything from cleaning to a full on rapid repair.
