I’m an ICT Infrastructure Engineer, developer, and previously CCNA qualified. This guy knows his stuff when it comes to PC repair.
I needed a bios update on a x570 motherboard to support a Ryzen 5950x (I didn’t have a compatible chip to do the firmware update myself). The chap completely understood what the issue was, and found the minimum bios requirements for the CPU. Unfortunately he didn’t happen to have a 3000 series AMD chip to hand, but this issue is circumstance and not technical knowledge.
A lot of PC repair shops tend to handle the basic stuff that non savvy people need help with. I’m confident that this guy could help with very technical problems.
Shame he couldn’t help me, but not his fault!

Absolutely dreadful experience with this business CAVEAT EMPTOR James Bryan is not to be trusted. Ignored my calls, my emails, and my requirements. Failed completely to communicate whilst he had my laptop in for repair. Offered a second hand laptop to buy which I stupidly agreed to do, and then FAILED TO DELIVER. Was arrogant and nochelant about the repair and sale. I gave up in the end when I called him and he really didn’t care at all about the client needs
DO NOT BUY OR PUT YOUR TECH INTO REPAIR WITH THIS BUSINESS.

Popped in to see the guys this morning after many recommendations. Had a fault on my Ps4 which would not read the hard drive. After an initial chat as to what could be the problem and what we might have to do worst case scenario, James said he’d try the best case first. Five minutes later I had one perfectly working Ps4, and they didn’t even charge me!
Would most definitely recommend to anyone wanting knowledgeable, polite and good quality work carried out.
