My friends and I were wanting to browse this store whilst we waited for our train only to be followed around the store as if we were going to steal something. Saw one of the staff following me and staring at my pockets and I was walking out.
It seemed like we were being profiled for wearing hoodies and hats however this was only the case as we were up early to see the race that morning.
I want to point out that I work in retail and I know what it looks like when you’re trying to work out if someone is stealing something. They were not discrete.
A couple staff members were good and were able to have a good chat about the products.
Accessible via stairs and ramp via street level. Parking available on the street directly in front of centre and also underground centre parking [P] street parking has time limit but it’s free
And the Staff are always very helpful and approachable and are always proactive when dealing with any shipping or stock problems.
