Delivery cancelled with no notification or further communication until I rang to found out why, due to one product not being in stock. Not sure what would have happened if I didn’t call myself.
Don’t expect your phone calls to be returned when you ring and enquire about the above because the staff will have gone home despite saying they will call you back asap.
Payment for installation of a fridge will not include the plumbing side.
I tried to express my disappointment and frustration at their terrible follow up customer service more subtlety and less publicly via their complaints avenue on their website but never heard back from that either. A 5/5 for in store customer service. A big fat zero out of 5 for follow up customer service. Thoroughly disappointed and not good enough.

I came here on Saturday to make a big television purchase but unfortunately the young male staff member in this section communicated in a way that came across as condescending and pushy so I decided to take my business elsewhere. Staff in another section were very friendly and kind by way of contrast. Perhaps the young man was having a bad day in the television section or he thought he was being helpful in his own way—I don’t think he intended to come across how he did, but please remember kindness and respect go a long way and it makes us happier when we are kind to others.

I like the location. Parking out front and beside the building. It looks like an old building re-purposed, and they have done a fairly good job.
I actually went to look at projectors, but there were none on display. I can only assume they are not too popular in this store (or maybe they are a low seller). So, there was no sale.
There is plenty of variety of gear here. TV’s, fridges, washing machines, drones… even coffee machines.
