In need of a replacement laptop or tablet at a low budget, I was greeted by the store manager who assured me that he could help. After trying to upsell me several times, he handed me off to a junior salesperson, his disapproval for my lower budget evident.
I was greeted by Sam, a friendly, patient and very knowledgeable salesman who was happy to answer my many questions. He made me aware of all of my options, and worked with my price range instead of his own agenda. At his recommendation, I walked away very satisfied with my purchase and the service I received.

Friendly staff, can take a minute to find somebody free to help with an item but store has a clean layout so its a pretty easy wait.

Recently after doing some research online, I still couldn’t decide on some good noise cancelling earbuds. Luke’s knowledge and honesty were incredibly helpful. Was able to tell me what I needed to know to make the best decision based on my needs and preferences. Didn’t feel like I was being upsold or pressured at any time. Hope he gets recognised for his good work and helpful attitude.

The customer service I experienced was exemplary. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. From the moment you enter the store you are taken care of, directed to your product and then receive help with any questions you may have. Definitely 5 star in my opinion.
