Whichever store, the service is very good, tentative and welcoming. However, minus one star goes to all stores in Canberra and because of a very good reason. Poor Personal Hygiene from so many staff, unfortunately poor body odor is very prominent in so many. The alternative store culture is evidently present and that’s great however, too many staff members smell quite offensively, the smell of unwashed clothes, dirty hair and body odor accompanied by bad breath. Piercings and tattoos don’t bother me but dirty poor body odor does. Please introduce deodorants to your stores and shower before you come to work. We live in 21st century, water, soap and deodorants are accessible to everyone. No excuses. Keep up the great culture but upkeep the hygiene please. Best wishes to you all.

They have renovated the store. It is ok. The dvd and tv section has been significantly reduced which sucks. Also they have not properly organised it due to a “lack of time” which I think is baloney considering it is dead Monday to Thursday. This lack of time is the reason why the Foreign film and classics are mixed together, also it only goes to T where is the rest of the alphabet who knows. The poor store planning and layout is to blame. Also the flow of the store is bad where they have placed groups of items it just doesn’t fit. The visual merchandise staff really messed up.

I was lucky enough to be served by a dude called Caleb, who went above and beyond to provide me with quite possibly the best customer experience I’ve ever encountered. Not only did I walk away with a great item for a great price, but I made a great friend along the way. Caleb is a fabulous guy and could be in charge of the place if he so desired. 11/10 experience, would recommend #calebforpresident. After paying $26 for a couple of up and goes from Coles, it was a breath of fresh air being served here. Cheers guys.
