Went in for a simple microSD card – knew exactly which one I wanted. Went to where they were located (as they are locked up) and there was a staff member assisting another customer at the time. They finished up and left the area after about 10 minutes, okay fine, the staff member will be back (I thought) and after waiting for 30 minutes, during which time I watched as one staff member stood in the middle on the store on a computer and even look at me, I had had enough. I walked out, went down the road to officeworks and was in and out within 5 minutes as they are not locked up and you can get which one you need and walk straight up to the registers. If you have to go to JBhifi, go to Carindale – the time you would spend driving there and back would still be less than waiting for someone to come and help you at Capalaba.

I always enjoy going to JB Hi-Fi. It’s chockablock with all things home entertainment. I’ve found the sales people very helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are keen and there is some room to negotiate a better deal. The position is prominent but parking is a little bit limited when it gets busy. Generally you’ll always get good quality and value.
