Poor, poor, poor customer service. Went to the checkout today as the only person in the queue. Waited for about 2 minutes while three staff members searched for a pick-up order for another customer, finally I was acknowledged and told, “Be with you when we find this order.” Sorry, but three staff members searching for one order when you have a paying customer waiting to be served isn’t good enough. I left my item behind without purchasing it, very disappointing.
My mum 83 Bought a phone from them 3 months ago and it won’t charge they told me it had rust in the charge port how can the port rust when made from copper and stainless steel and it has never been wet and tryed to charge her $250 to fix it she said no she can’t afford it now she has no phone dont shop here they don’t help if you have a problem
I was in desperate need of a power cord for my laptop (travelling and of course left mine at home). Russell at JB Hi-Fi in Coffs Harbour was wonderful. Knew immediately what cord I needed and success they had one in stock. He even reduced the pruce. What a legend. Thank you Russell. So make sure your see Russell next time you are in Coffs.
