Been suffering from a work injury went in to purchase a router & almost passed out, Karihm ” hope I spelt his name right” helped me out and was really comforting got me water etc I k how that’s policy etc for employees but he was just even more down to earth talking to me about his experiences so nice in this day and age. The gaming guy here and manager are awesome two 5 star……
JB Hi Fi got very knowledgeable a nd friendly team members. ‘Liz’ was very professional and helpful while we purchased our 85″ Hisence TV. She is very knowledgeable and greeted and treated us with full respect and smile, which is not found now a days. Again Thanks a lot Liz, U was absolutely wonderful. Excellent customer service.
Bought a tv, paid for delivery. They didn’t contact us at all to organise a time as promised. After calling them they told us that we now cannot deliver, “sorry”. We had to go and get it ourselves after waiting around all day. Pathetic!!
