Customer service very foor I Purchased the DJI mini 3 drone from this store after 3weeks I found one issue with out active tracking target,
I went back to the store asking them how to do with active tracking target they said won’t come with that the one I had was standed one are you kidding me I’ll pay for the drone more then $1000 no one telling me nothing at all ,
I asking them to refund back to me they go no we don’t do that,
And I also spoke to the girl manager she was rode she told me go deal with DJI drone company, what kind of thoes people’s she duty manager Cranbourne shopping centre JB hifi please get away them very bad business at this store.

If possible I will give them 0 or Minus star rating. Not a single representative had manners. I was there today to buy fridge. Need some guidance & more info on some items. Literally 4 representative ignored me. They were running here & there but no one came to help. Finally I asked them for help, one said I will complete my work & then help you. I dont know what he was doing for 20mins in the same aisle as I was. Really very disappointed with service. Really wanted give them hard time that time, but I did not wanted to waste my time & energy.
A-grade customer service from Stevie tonight! Very knowledgeable on his products and helped us find a great deal. Even organised for us to pick up our products from the Cranbourne store just up the road so we could take everything home tonight! Fantastic! Thanks Stevie!
