Wanting to buy a brand new laptop today was about to spend $2500. Staff here said he busy saying they were short staff. However we saw him talking to his mate infront of the apple products with his arm cross for 10 minturs. It was older staff with a grey top clearly talking to his mate was more important than making a sale. This was at 11am 30th August 2024.

Today, I visited your store at 6 PM with the intention of purchasing a JBL Flip. However, as I approached the door, the (indian) security guard shouted that the store was closed. According to Google, your store is listed as being open until 9 PM, so I was quite confused and felt disrespected by how the situation was handled.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and remind your staff of the importance of treating all customers with respect.

Ive been standing around waiting for someone to assist as obviously I had questions about a monitor before I purchase. I’ve been standing for what seemed like 10-15 minutes when I finally reached out to a representative with face tattoos only to be rudely brushed off without even a second glance. Finally I was able to get some help with a representative. I absolutely do not mind waiting for my turn but not to be spoken to like that. Rude customer service.
