The staff and managers at JB Hifi are liars! Just so they can get money off customers they lie and charge for processes they shouldn’t be charging. Long story short: JB Hifi is a partner store for Latitude who needs to do ID verification for new applicants. When we went to get our IDs verified the staff and manager said we have to purchase an item of $1000 and above to do the ID verification. We confirmed with the Latitide Financial Services and they said no. When later we called the store the staff said they never said a purchase has to be made! Never trust JB HiFi Merrylands. The staff are liars and mercenaries who try to make a quick buck out of a customer’s humble request!

Their tv sometimes it’s turning on by itself in midnight
3 times to make appointment with Hisense nothing happened 4th times I have been there they just told me not in Count because I don’t have approvement for my appointments
You buy things from them they have warranty if anything happened to your tv you have to deal with Hisense which makes it more worst.
