What an AMAZING experience. Was lucky enough to get Chris today and he has restored my faith in someone going over and above what I would expect in customer service. His manner from the start and his knowledge combined made our day. He is management material. We have run our own business and had to deal with customers and staff (that both can be difficult). Chris has the perfect attitude towards, listening to what your needs are and directing you appropriately. He is an asset to JB Mornington and we look forward to returning to this store again. To be honest I watched the rest of the staff also while we were there as we purchased quite a few things and all were very obliging towards their customers. Keep it up. Thanks again Chris.

My experience today was a pleasant surprise! Young man met me at the front door directing me with a smile asking if he could help me. After him giving me two choices I was able to find the item I enquired about.
Not long after Finn approached me enquiring if he could help me. His product knowledge was excellent, his calm way of explaining the different options I was able to purchase the two items I required.
This pleasant encounter with both men was so helpful for my tired brain! Thank you both especially Finn

I just wanted to send an amazing review to Natasha in the phone department, for sorting out what was a complicated phone plan issue which took a few attempts, and a few days to resolve. Natasha and her team didn’t stop working on the problem until it was finally sorted, and achieved the outcome of a better phone plan, something that another JB store and a Telstra store had all been unable to do.
