Went there to pick up my online click-collect order. Thought it was a one-minute job but ended up with shocking experience.
Upon arriving at the click-collect spot, the staff was dealing with a customer for 15min, the other cashiers had nothing to do at the time but no one bothered to come and help.
15min later the click-collect staff finally finished serving that customer, then she left with some items in her hands, she didn’t bother to tell me anything so I thought she was gonna put the items away then come back. Guess what, she NEVER came back, disappeared just like that! For another 10mins I was waiting right in front of the click-collect counter, many staffs walked pass but no one bothered to say or ask anything!
In the end, I had to jump over to the ‘normal’ cashier counter and asked if they could handle the click-collect order for me. That’s how I finally can get my item.
The 1min job eventually took me 30mins, what a joke!

Not all, but majority of the store staffs I have noticed every time I visit the store are not genuinely willing to help even when they
are free and not pre occupied with other customer. We as customers are made to wait for a long time, unanswered with our questions or queries about products we may buy. This is poor customer service and potentially JIBI HIFI is loosing a sale evertime, which is what I did. I was neglected, even though I reached out to several staffs, and I ended up buying the product elsewhere. Keep in mind..we might aswell buy the item online, the reason why we come to store from far off places is to have the look and feel of products and ask our queries to a real person before buying. Very disappointing!

I received the Xiaomi Redmi 13 pro 5 G that I ordered yesterday and received it today. But unfortunately, there was no 67 Watt power adapter included. This is the first time I shopped from you with confidence and taking it seriously. And this is how you say thank you Your customer service does not respond at all Also, when I bought this, I was told that once the gelatin is opened, we are not responsible in any way. I will never give up on the product I bought, Vera. I will not return it back. But the adapter for the charger was not included, is this my fault or yours? I really can’t believe I saw this
