Brilliant service. My sons PS4 developed a software fault and I was quoted almost the same as my monthly mortgage payments for a repair from PLAYSTATION Direct. I contacted JB PC Repairs and booked the PS4 in for a repair which was fixed after only a few hours on the same day and I only paid PS35 Great customer service and clear communication for deaf customers. Dropped my PC in mid morning, software problem cured by mid afternoon, didn’t have to book it in, just dropped it off, had the problem explained to me when I picked it up (all I actually heard was “computer broke, we fix” ) but they obviously know what they are doing and have been doing it for many years now, nice couple of lads who will get you back up and running as quickly as they can
