Service was atrocious. Came in with a working device, left with one that was damaged beyond fixing.

No apology for their incompetence or for breaking it.

Overheard gossiping in the back room, which was extremely unprofessional. The woman was incredibly rude, even raising her voice while I held my two-year-old. I had a witness on the phone who heard the entire encounter.

Regret not researching beforehand. Went in for a simple charging port repair, ended up with my entire device broken and my data unrecoverable, despite clear communication prior.

The gentleman I communicated to on the phone two times prior to me picking up even said it didn’t make any sense.

When I called the last time, he told me that I can still retrieve the stuff on the hard drive and that they need to ship it in to someone else to do it..

Go to pick it up today. And now my hard drive isn’t even accessible? Crazy how the story kept on changing about it.

Not sure how I would know that they need to send it off somewhere if they didn’t tell me that they could retrieve my data.. now they can’t?

Customer service was abysmal. The lack of empathy, professionalism, and the fact that they were gossiping in plain earshot made it a truly regrettable experience.

What an awful place. I have never experienced such horrendous service.

If you have important stuff on your device . That are true memories that are devastating to loose then do not trust them on repairing your stuff. Especially if you want them to be nasty to you about it because you’re rightfully upset about it.

My experience is a tough one. I handed an $800 computer with power button issue. They reached out to me later that apart from the power button, it also had issues with the motherboard.

This was quite strange because there was absolutely nothing wrong with the motherboard. They gave me a quote to fix it which upon second thought I felt was not needed. By that time, I had traveled out of town. I was contacted by them on whether they should keep or recycle my device which I told them I was out of town and that they should keep it for me.

My device had been with them for about 6months, on my arrival to pick it up, they had recycled the 1T SSD, 16GB RAM on the excuse that they don’t want anyone to lay hands on my documents. The device itself was still there, it was only after I had spoken to the receptionist upon my return that the 16GB RAM was reinstalled leaving an empty SSD slot.

I left the shop disappointed that at least I could not go back with my computer just as I gave it to them. I picked it up in a worse condition.
2 days after picking it up from the store, a friend fixed the power button, gifted me a 120GB SSD, reinstalled Windows etc. NO MOTHERBOARD ISSUE WAS DETECTED.

Amazing service and knowledgeable freindly staff. I was in a bind. My laptop screen broke when I opened it. I was able to connect a second screen to get it working but the work I do needs two screens. They found an adapter that works with my computer in store and tested it while i was there to make sure it worked. I have have 2 screens to work on while they order the parts to fix my broken screen. Top notch service! They went above and beyond to help me in a pickle. Highly recommend if you’re having computer trouble.
