I had James from JD PC Specialist come and look at my sons computer who is autistic he explained everything to my son that was wrong with the computer and fixed it fast and showed him how to stop it from happening again, I couldn’t understand it as I am a mother in my late 30s and don’t have time for this techy stuff. James gave my son so much attention my son ended up asking him to stay for dinner. Unfortunately my dishwasher had broken down and James also found a way of fixing it with some old cardboard he found and stayed for a McDonalds. JDPC provided customer service I couldn’t imagine getting anywhere else. I ordered a custom build from JDPC, I had to stick to a budget so they went out and acquired the parts for me and then had the PC Built 2 days later. They then drove from Blackpool to Peterborough to hand deliver the PC to me as I didn’t want to use a delivery company, when they arrived they helped me set the PC up in my room before setting off back home. I can’t thank them enough!
