Poor service, would not recommend.
James replaced a board in my macbook to resolve an intermittent flickering screen but the problem recurred almost immediately when I got it home. He also managed to lose the screws for the laptop, he did find some temporary replacements and said he would order some proper ones. However two weeks later these still hadn’t arrived by which point the laptop had got worse and I decided to replace it. When I said I wasn’t very impressed with the service he did offer to refund labour costs which I thought was decent of him but two days later he said he’d have to wait for new jobs to come in before he could pay it!
All in all, a disappointing and rather shambolic experience.

Ran into an issue where my computer was making a noise I was concerned with and after a speedy book in James was able to diagnose the issue within 10 minutes to alleviate my concerns.
He then performed a PC clean that could fool me into believing its a brand new machine! Improved performance and no sound issues anymore after booting on again!
I would totally recommend any and all services as they were providing a quick and timely service at an affordable price. Will definitely be returning when needing advice or more help when problems or upgrades occur.
