Repaired a “well-loved” 10-year old iMac. The office in York is for delivery/collection and administration/taking payments. I understand the repair work is carried out in Scarborough. There is a small fee for assessment of the repair needed (only fair, it takes time, therefore payable even if the machine is beyond repair), and then additionally the cost of any hardware/software needed to get the machine running again. In my case it needed a new hard drive. Since the repair a couple of months ago, it has been running smoothly, and cost much less than a new machine, which gave breathing space to consider purchase of a new machine eventually. Reception at York office was courteous and professional, but be aware it is not their role to give detailed technical information on the spot on arrival. That side is delivered once the problem is assessed. Small office on 1st floor of a building in Clifton Moor, convenient and free parking below the office. Repair took about a week, the company kept to dates and costs quoted. I would use them again for Apple repairs

Went to get a battery replaced on a laptop took over a week to do so . got product home still wouldnt work. took it back was told it was the hardrive fault caused by my bus ride home and that it could be fixed . aftet not hearing back for 4 days rang head office and was then told it was a faulty mothetboard conection or maybe harddive one. rang the day after to secure the relase and told the problems booting up were caused by 2 missing screws and 3 cracks in the cases that somehow appeared during transit blame me again and took a part the whole system and blow out the battery that was orgrinally replaced and said i had to pay for a replacement .still waiting to get back what left of laptop aftet nearly 3 week but holding much hope.would give zero stsrs if possible

I had great service from Jennings, My iMac was running painfully slow taking several minutes to open an application. I called Georgina who explained to me exactly what would be the issue and agreed to take the Computer in on the same day. I dropped it at the end of day they fixed it the next day and I collected it the following morning. In total I was 1 business day without a computer which is excellent service. Since getting the machine back with a new hard drive it has been like a brand new machine, I can’t recommend these guys enough.
