At the end of 2021 I purchased two Apple Macs from this retailer – a Macbook & an IMac, both with upgrades. Since this represented quite a large investment I compared prices between different online & physical stores (including Apple directly), as well as which insurances/ care packages they had on offer. While this retailer did not exactly offer the cheapest option, they were absolutely unbeatable when it came to product knowledge, customer care & service, warrantees & after-sale service, as well as delivery times. They transferred & synced all my data from my previous Apple products, installed everything for me, & answered all my questions very patiently. For good measure they additionally set up my dad’s Ipad at no extra cost. They ensured that I was not only completely satisfied with my purchases, and knew how to use them most efficiently, but spent a considerable amount of time explaining the advantages & disadvantages of all products, apps & services I inquired about. I feel very well looked after as an Apple customer in this store & have no doubt that should I have any questions or issues in the future, JJ Computer will go above & beyond in providing me with superb customer service & help. I highly recommend this store because they excel at personal computer care you will be hard pressed to find anywhere else.
