An excellent service. Very impressed by the receptionist on arrival then, having spoken to the owner, everything that needed doing to upgrade and clean my ‘steam driven’ Laptop was explained in simple terms to me. The price was better than buying a complete new Laptop and I have the confidence that if I get stuck with the ‘updated’ programmes I can go back and they will help me. Good to find a local service which one feels confident with. I would certainly recommend this gentleman. He also sells a wide variety of both new and reconditioned Computer Items.
Had a great experience, even though my PC died (RIP). They helped to diagnose what the issue was and gave lots of friendly and professional advice. They tested all drives for me the ensure they survived and the bill was very fair and affordable. All in all, great experience amd they’ve gained a lifelong customer.
