My girlfriend accidentally dropped some oil for skincare on her notebook’s keyboard. Obviously, our first thought was to an Saturn repair employee and it’s known that it can take up to 3 weeks for them to repair sich things and bill you a ridiculous price.

Found about Erik’s service the same night the accident happened, contacted him the next morning, said he could have a look on it the same afternoon and fix the notebook the same day. He even offered a replacement notebook for the time being.
Erik kept us updated about the process and sent pictures. In my opinion, it was really reassuring and helpful to know what is happening in realtime.
