What a brilliant little company to have locally. I asked for some advice about my graphics card and new PCs and Paul went above and beyond. He’s clearly passionate about his subject and very keen to help. I would definitely recommend this company for advice, sales and maintenance confident that they’d advise the best possible solution.
I just popped in store to see if they could help me with what probably was a basic issue but for me being a technophobe was something beyond my capability. The guy I spoke to was so helpful, he didn’t make me feel like I was an idiot. He helped with my issue and nothing was too much trouble. I will certainly recommend this place.
The person that took my call was not good. I explained that it was a MacBook Pro. He said bring it in. After a long rainy drive there I was told that they don’t repair apple products and that I should take it to an apple store… Der… Just wasted my morning
