Shocking service I took my 65″ tv to be fixed I was contacted the same day told what the problem was and quoted 180 I said ok go ahead and fix it and was told would be back with me Monday Tuesday latest as part was in stock. Then heard nothing till I called on the Wednesday assured everything was fine tv was being fixed as we spoke Until the next day I was phoned and told it wasn’t the part I was told and quoted for repair but another part on the tv now which they don’t recommend fixings as it would cost to much oh and that there engineers has smashed the screen absolute joke of a place DONT TOUCH !!

My Sony Bravia TV stopped working with it continually trying to update and repeatedly switching on and off.
I spoke to Joe on the telephone giving him all the details and he provided me with the options available.
Took the TV in to the workshop and having been fitted with a new main board got the telly back in a couple of days.
Absolutely delighted with the quick professional service virtually on my doorstep. Felt sure was going to need a new TV but thanks to Joe and his team we were saved an expensive outlay. Thanks again

Gave Joe a text(on a Sunday) gave brief details of problem with my LG TV. He was kind enough to get back to me that day. Dropped it off on the Monday morning. Couple of days to get the parts. Got it back working perfectly. A brilliant,professional and friendly service. Would recommend to anyone without hesitation
