Had issue with keyboard and was replaced within time promised and acknowledge subject to terms of supplier .No problem. Get it home no sound. Call them and yep acknowledged forgot to connect of speakers to motherboard. Said bring it in .There 12 sharp no one there. Call later 15-30min later . There . Realize they not only did not connect sound card but fan . Ok let it go but really not impressed.
Get it back and screw from underside bottom panel has penetrated the upper top plate. Has not affected functionality but sloppy .

It was an awesome experience working with John and his team. Truly professional and very friendly, simultaneously extremely reasonable in their prices.

We got our systems upgraded and they not only did a wonderful job but got it done very fast as we can’t afford our employees being away from their units.

It was done on Saturday and the next Monday, everyone had an upgraded unit.

The guys here are good, I had an issue that they couldn’t fix relating to my CPU and Motherboard that they could not fix and they did not charge me for that.

Once I had new replacement parts, they installed all of the parts at a discounted rate.

I’m extremely impressed, and I would definitely point people towards JTG in the future if they need any computer help.
