Please advice never buy anything from this store I had an issue with my phone and I gave them as an apple certified store. My phone was damaged and then they are never willing to fix it shame on the store assistant manager Rythim, I advices the manager to teach him what is the meaning of edge. I’m really unhappy with the service and the customer service. When I raised my issue he told me the most you can do is, that you can report it to the apple. Shame on the store and the store management. And he said he can check the schedule of the store manager and I have to come and see him. To solve the issue. The store assistant manager was so rude. This name is Rythim. And also I would love if someone can explain what is the meaning of edge.

Incredible service. My MacBook needed a major repair and Nathan, Ryan and their team diagnosed and repaired it quickly. I have used Jump Plus here in Barrie for all my tech needs. I purchased both my iPads from them. They were knowledgeable and helpful; I always felt “heard” as a customer, especially as a senior. One day I was in to pick up my Mac (in for repair and issue mostle resolved); it must have been “Silver Citizens’ Day” because everyone there was at least my age. All were treated with courtesy and respect. When the time comes, I will be buying a new computer from Jump Plus.
