Do not waste your time in this store for any Apple solutions. I had an appointment made directly by Apple for a broken wrist bad on a Apple Watch SE. The salesperson and Manager wanted me to pay for a under warranty item… a wrist band. And then wash their hands by saying that the wrist band wasn’t in stock. Unfortunately official Apple should check their partners whom they are operating… this is not an Official Apple Store be careful. All they want is you to spend money. Definitely I suggest only to go to an Apple Store – NOT this so called Premium store – they won’t resolve your issue if your Apple Item is under warranty.

You didn’t help at all and no conditions were met. Apple had set an appointment for this store to solve the issue under their policy and warranty. You should not hanging an Apple Store sign while your not an Apple service store. Plain scammers. Don’t ask for money and you didn’t have it but requested $89 if we wanted another one.

Just purchased a new iPhone to replace one that was stolen and experienced some difficulty downloading the data in the iCloud due to my ineptitude. Came back to the store and Ali came to the rescue! He was able to walk me through the process and get the data downloaded to the new phone. Ali is amazing – polite, patient, friendly and knowledgeable. I have experienced other tech savvy sales people who were either disinterested, condescending or both. Ali is the antithesis of this manner – it speaks very highly of his character and his values. He could easily give a course in customer service – I have not received this kind of service in a very long time. Ali has restored my faith in humanity!

Sharing my experience today. There was cracking or distortion noise in my right AirPod mic . As it was in warranty, They completely ignored the issue and said it is perfect and we cannot do anything. There was a huge difference in audio from left and right mic. I even tried recording in voice memo as well. But they did not do anything.

Apple should revoke jump plus’s rights and open their own store in brampton. I would never visit this again.
