Incredible customer service. Everyone is friendly, outgoing, and willing to help. I had an iPhone 13 with a cracked screen and a guy named Ryder was incredibly friendly sand helpful. My phone had been repaired before at an aftermarket shop and the screen had cracked again after a couple months. Ryder opened the phone up and discovered there was also water damage and wouldn’t be able to fix it, he didn’t charge me for the repair and explained the whole situation in a very sympathetic, clear manner. He explained that I had the option to get a replacement phone for a discounted price, so that was the route I went. Almost a year later, the phone is still working flawlessly! Every Apple customer service experience has pleasantly surprised me and that continued to be the case with Ryder, who was genuinely warm the entire experience. I will continue to trust this Jump+ location with my tech needs and would definitely recommend to a friend!

I recently moved to Guelph and had a problem with my iPhone. I took it in and received excellent service from Ryder. The result was that they replaced my phone, which was still under the Apple Care warranty. I also purchased a new iPad Mini. All the staff, including Ryder, Julia, Alex, Derrick and Jennifer, was fantastic, helping me switch over all my data etc. to my new devices. Cudos to a great organization and a great group of people.

The best customer experience I have ever received. Ryder and the rest of the team were amazing. I had some unique issues and time constraints and they were amazing with dealing with the problems. They were amazing when it came to updates and always answered the phone when I call. I am very impressed by everyone at the store. If you ever need any Apple services this is the only place I would recommend in the Guelph area.
