I recently visited the Apple Store at Limeridge Mall due to my phone’s tendency to shut down and reboot unexpectedly. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite multiple visits for the same issue, the resolution remains elusive.
The service, particularly from one of the guy with cornrow braid, was notably unhelpful. His inability to explain the problem or offer a solution only added to my frustration. Instead of assistance, I received a dismissive suggestion to ‘figure it out’ myself. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

Terrible customer service – no smiles or greetings. Staff is younger and feels like they are trying to maintain a “tough and cool” look. Constant, loud, non work related discussions including swearing heard throughout the store while waiting for my phone to be serviced. Phone went in for screen replacement (1 hour) ended up taking 3 hours because they found a “display issue” that they fixed completely for free – AKA, they ruined my display. Would not recommend

I had to go get a new watch charger for travelling. I was immediately greeted by Stephen who brought me to the correct section. I also needed a screen protector replacement done as they are covered under warranty for two replacements. They install the screen protector for you on the spot. Stephen was very gracious and helpful. I appreciate the stellar customer service provided. It was busy with a lot of customers but they made time to assist me right away.
