My sons phone had a black screen today. Last night it started to dim to half screen and this morning just black screen. We tried resetting the phone. Nothing. We tried to hook up to iTunes. Could not find the phone. Phone rings and answers if you know where to press on the black screen and hear the messages chime but nothing. Called Apple support. They told me I could go to an Apple Store or to Jump+. Made the appointment and went down within the hour. As soon as I walked in a salesman asked if I had an appointment (one customer in the entire store). I said I did. He asked us the problem and we advised him the story. Then he started saying maybe water in it or dropped etc. Which wasn’t. He had my son try to sign in on his computer to get his Apple ID but my son couldn’t remember. So t he r salesman said he would take in the back. I asked why he said well repair is back there. I didn’t like they as the repair should have come to us He came back and said we had to buy a new phone about 744 plus tax. Anyway I kept asking why he has to diagnose it if he said we have to get a new phone. Another salesman approached and basically took over. After again trying to sign on with my sons Apple ID he couldn’t remember his password. However the salesman was watching his passwords the whole time which you aren’t supposed to share. Then this man said the same thing did they tell you thet the cost would be 744.00 plus tax for a new phone. They wanted the phone unlocked to do a diagnostic and again I asked why if you want us to get a new phone. End of story my son had to go back home to get his password for his Apple ID We were planning to waste our money and go back the next day. I ala Roger’s customer and got the phone from Roger’s and the phone was under one years old. Roger’s sending me a free iPhone 14+ This store is a joke. I even said to the salesman I hope you guys aren’t crooks. I think they are. Also one more note the first salesman said that if an iPhone comes in and wants one tbimg fixed they don’t do that. They determine other things they have to be fixed as they stated Apple says that Along Apple in the morning to advise them about this store. Also the guy didn’t even try to plug into iTunes or nothing. Just wanted the money for a new phone without even trying to fix this one. Told me I don’t have warranty but again phone is less than one year old. Thankfully Rogers is the hero.

I’m just updating my review (original below). I can’t believe how many bad reviews this place has, I actually have had amazing service. After the last post, my battery started to fail. I had a service warning for months I ignored bc I was too busy to deal with but then it wouldn’t turn on so I was forced to bring it in. I actually had Mark again and it turned out my computer neeelded more than just a battery. I was hoping for same day service but they worked on it for 4 days and fixed my port, my trackpad and replaced my battery. 4 days without my laptop is hard but it was worth it… It feels and runs like a new computer again and the guy who helped me settle up was also very helpful when I had issues expensing it to my client. Super grateful and despite the bad reviews ppl have left, I def recommend them over other apple service providers. If you can, ask for Mark! He’s awesome!!!

I had an issue with my Mac and my browser was hijacked. I came in and saw Mark and he tended to my laptop and removed whatever issues I had and helped me set up some default settings to help me work more smoothly. I was in and out in minutes and was happy I didn’t have to leave my laptop there to get fixed because I need. Thanks Mark!! Totally recommend this location for their service

Absolutely appalling and infuriating service! I took my iPad, which had a dented button, to this place and endured the worst customer service imaginable. First, they made me wait 10 extra minutes beyond my scheduled appointment. Then, a shockingly rude woman approached without even a basic greeting. She barely glanced at my iPad before dismissively stating, “It’s damaged.” She then proceeded to recklessly scratch at the button with tweezers and a sharp knife, causing even more damage, all the while repeating, “Yeah, it’s damaged.” To add insult to injury, she coldly informed me that I had no warranty and demanded a ridiculous $1200 for a new iPad. Another staff member was equally rude, answering our questions with a total lack of professionalism. Fed up, I took my iPad to another repair shop just five minutes away from this disgraceful establishment. They fixed it within an hour for just $150. This place should be utterly ashamed of their pathetic excuse for customer service. Get it together and learn how to treat your customers!
