I had an excellent experience with repair service at Jump.ca. My device had significant issues and was bit concerned. However. Bobbi Jo did an outstanding job diagnosing and repairing the problem. The repair was completed efficiently and now my phone is working.
I also want to give shout out to Alishah, who assisted me during the repair intake. He was incredible helpful, asking through questions to understand issues I was facing and explaining clearly. His customer service was top notch, making the whole process smooth and stress free.
I highly recommend this place for their expertise and excellent customer service.

Andrew resolved my iPhone issue in about an hour, whereas I had been told beforehand that it might take up to three days (I may add that the total cost was much less than another repair shop had quoted me). Andrew was very helpful not just with the repair, but had some great suggestions for iPhone protective cases/screens. I highly recommend him and the Jump Repair Centre.
