Made a point of going into the store a month before our 2 year contract was done in October, to adjust our plan as soon as was possible. The woman we spoke with assured us that it would be in effect for our December bill. After making another visit in January to inquire why it hasn’t been adjusted yet, we are now told that it will be in effect for February. Not too impressed that this mistake made by this employee cost me an extra 200 dollars with no credit offered.
Edit on February 13. Received February bill expecting that it would be corrected only to find the same amount being charged. This is now 2 different employees both assuring me that the changes i have asked for be implemented and both people did nothing. It’s like they don’t want to give up my money!! Now I have to make a third trip?! I attended a workshop last week that was focused on good customer service. We were asked to think of a time when you were provided bad customer service and sadly this business came first to my mind!! These mistakes are now approaching the 400 dollar mark and are starting to really tick me off!!
