I was here today and spent 30 minutes there without an acknowledgement from the person in the store. No hello, no “I will be with you in a moment” nothing. We stood for the first 15 minutes, seeing he was attending to someone. When we figured it was gonna take a little longer, we sat and sat and sat! This guy didn’t bat an eye. Annoying part was we actually needed a service. We left since we weren’t sure how much longer we needed to wait. Guess what? As we walked out, he didn’t say a word. Wow! Zero customer service here!!
Saw Chris at Jump.ca yesterday to upgrade both my wife’s and I’s phones and renewed our contract. Since we were prepared for the transaction, we were in and out in less than 45 minutes I think. Easy process and walked away happy. Thanks again Chris!
