We originally went to Sasktel to talk about our phones and some options with upgrading. We were met with rude staff and didn’t want to deal with that. We decided to go to Jump and the staff there were amazing and very welcoming! We will definitely be choosing to come back to Jump rather than dealing directly with the Sasktel store.
She was very helpful today. She explained in detail what was involved with our new phone and plan. She was very patient and understanding and answered all our questions to our satisfaction, things which we wished the Sasktel employee had pointed out when we first purchased our phone and plan originally.
Bought a new iPhone at a Regina jump.ca store. Was having some difficulty pairing my Apple Watch – Yorkton team paired it for me – was beyond my skill level. Friendly, patient and knowledgeable staff. Will go back if more issues arise !
