Not having very much knowledge about computers, my wife and I reluctantly agreed to let our 13 year old son build his own gaming pc. We were worried as to what would happen if he put all those expensive parts together and the computer would not work. Of course, that is exactly what happened! We automatically assumed that he had done something wrong, so we brought the PC to Dave to finish the build for him. Dave did some diagnosing and determined that the motherboard that we purchased was defective. We were ready to pay him to get the computer up and running, but he was very impressed with the work our boy had done on it. He told us that we should not pay him to fix it but to encourage our kid to finish what he had started. So we exchanged the motherboard and he finished his own computer build. This all happened while our son was looking for a place in the computer industry who would take him for a career day for school. I mentioned that to Dave and guess what? He took our son in for his career day at his shop! This guy is not looking to take advantage of people to make a quick buck, but rather a genuine good, honest guy. Very knowledgeable too. Thanks Dave for encouraging our son to keep working on computers!

I phoned this business to see if they could repair an electronic Christmas teddy bear that was very special to my daughter. I explained the problem and Chaz said that he thought they should be able to help me, so I brought it in. Chaz was very polite and helpful and the repair was successful. Chaz also phoned me two or three times to keep me updated during the day. He also informed me of what the cost would be so that he could get my consent before he went ahead with the repair. This was very much appreciated. When I picked it up, Chaz seemed genuinely happy that he could help with the repair of such a treasured item. I was very impressed with this business and would highly recommend it. Thanks Chaz!

Completely satisfied with great service and speed. Reasonably priced. Chaz was able to help with another computer after mine crashed after 15 years and delivered it to me and set it up. I’ll definitely will be taking any computer issues to Dave. Thanks for fast service and a good cost and Chaz and Jenna for delivery. Still trying to figure a few things out but getting there.
