I delivered an Ipod Classic with a defective screen to the branch at Schanzenstrasse – but the device was still functioning and could connect to my mac.
After they finished attempting to “repair” the screen – the device no longer functioned at all.
The next repairman confirmed they damaged the battery connector and who knows what else.
