Sent in an ipad for repair and the first estimate was 1 week. 3 weeks later still no news. When I asked the customer service for the status they had no idea and was told to call the shop directly. When it was done (4 weeks later!), there was a huge air bubble under the screen protector (that the staff tried so hard to convince me to get) and was only given 10EUR discount for that. When I got home, I noticed several dead pixels and a serious light bleed on one edge. Brought the ipad back to the shop and the staff refused to believe the problem was there and said it would take at least 3(!) weeks to just get properly looked at.

Edit: 6 weeks later they called saying the ipad has been ready for pick up since months. The display was never replaced again with the excuse it’s not covered by the warranty. What a joke. If you like lower quality parts installed with shoddy workmanship, this is the place to go

Wow, ich habe mir extra ein Tagesticket gekauft und bin quer durch Hamburg gefahren, weil ich zwei iPhones kaufen wollte. Den justcom im Hauptbahnhof scheint es nicht mehr zu geben, also bin ich weiter zu dem in Poseldorf. Und der hat einfach mal fruher Schluss gemacht. Ich hatte vorher versucht, anzurufen, um sicherzustellen, dass jemand da ist – aber die Telefonzeiten gehen nur bis 14 Uhr. Was fur eine monumentale Zeit- & Geldverschwendung!

Habe mein ipad reparieren lassen und hatte wirklich eine sehr sehr gute erfahrung gehabt. Mein ipad wurde sehr vernunftig und ordentlich gemacht. Wirklich weiter zum empfehlen und dankeee nochmals fur die tolle arbeit
