Joshua gave me fantastic fast service. Last year I bought a lower-end laptop as a backup to my desktop. I rarely used it, but I did it ran very, very slow. I figured the 8MB RAM wasn’t enough and contacted Joshua about increasing it. He explained that probably wouldn’t be worth the cost and effort, then remotely checked my machine and found that OneDrive was really slowing it by taking so much memory. He remotely disabled OneDrive and the machine’s been working well ever since. The original email I sent through his website was answered with a phone call that day and a telephone consult took just a few minutes to address the problem.
We have received twice in the last week superb service from JVR Computing. Joshua Robinson is a very likeable and knowledgeable technician and we would recommend his services to everyone. He is especially helpful to seniors going out of his way to make sure they understand how to deal with the new set up of a TV.
Great customer service. Josh was extremely fast and well at communication with me and he identified the problem with my computer in no time at all. He solved the issue gave me a reasonable price and most importantly did a great job. This company is how any customer service company should strive to be.
