Not a discount store. More a full service store with middle of the road to high pricing. But they deliver on the service . I have always found their advice to be fair, even when against a higher margin product . If they don’t know, they find out and get back to you. I do computer repair and I use then as a supplier rather than cheaper bulk suppliers, because the value in advice, knowledge and ethics stacks up. I’ve been a customer for over a decade. The online service has a way to go in delivery times, but it works. The shop service has been faultless. I typically use the castle hill store.
JW is the best! Ordered a computer monitor for a friend’s son. Ultra fast shipping, considering I only paid standard fee and I received the order just a few days after. Though I wish the local courier should not have left the package at the front door since morning without me knowing it was already delivered after I got the email few hours later. Thank God it wasn’t stolen.
