Ken and his team at KC computers Are literally amazing !!! I have used them several times, on this last occasion it involved a very very very old computer that had experienced really big problems, The computer housed all of my software so if Iwould have lost the system, it would’ve very much impacted my business. They pulled out all of the stops to repair it for me at an extremely fair price and I felt they genuinely cared and appreciated how much I really needed my system back. I cannot put into words how grateful I am they are super professional really efficient and very honest people to use as a company and it’s a very unusual thing these days. I would definitely recommend whether it be for repairs or items that you need to purchase

I travelled from Chorley to KC Coputers because I was having problems with an Epson printer. They are agents for Epson and have direct links. When I phoned to make arrangements I was very impressed on just how friendly and helpful Ken (the owner) was.
Fortunately, my printer is within warranty and was speedily dealt with, the fault quickly recognised and repaired same day.
I have to say that I was very impressed with the service, the expertise of the staff, and the friendly nature of the staff which put me at ease and was very reassuring.
Any further problems with either my printers or computers then I will most certainly take them to KC computers and I recommend them most highly.

Ignorant and unhelpful. Sent an email being nothing but nice however I get an email response being extremely rude. I then reply and get no answer for 3 days. Avoid like the plague.

Replying to comment made underneath… Ken you said you were interested at first so I sent you all the pictures and waited for a while for your short and unhelpful response which was belittling to say the least. I wasn’t “badgering” You, I asked in a very polite way if there was a price you’d have in mind for it but you just ignored me. You deserve this review. You are a business owner, now act like one and grow up!
