Visited K & M Computer today looking for a specific item. The employee immediately knew what we wanted and had it in stock and the price was fair. We didn’t leave the shop until we found something else we wanted, which they also had. We would definitely return here again. Super experience.
The store was dusty and unkempt. I almost asked the employee if they needed part time help to keep their displays dusted and cleaned. Just felt like an old store. Everything was caked with old dust. No showing of pride in work.
I left after 3 minutes seeing how dirty everything was.
I was there today. I gave my computer at 10:00 am and then picked up at 17:00 in the same day. It was a very fast and good service. Technician who deals with me was very nice . Overall, I’m very satisfied with their services.
