Surprised that they have one or two bad reviews I’ve known the whole team, owner since forever, I have always visited the store knowing/feeling reassured that they will fix my phone, never had an issue with them, they also give me great discounts, it’s unfair that some people are writing negative feedback which is false, if you have any issues with your phone and want to get it fixed rest assured that they will have it fixed, the only and most reliable repair store around in Camden. I don’t think I’ll be going any place else for my repair, I’ll remain their customer for as long as I need. – they are quick with fixing screens, very helpful and super supportive. I had an old I phone 7 which had been laying in my house for years and I thought it would be impossible to fix I was lucky enough to have the team here fix it. Of course I have a better version of the I phone 7, but it’s good to have an emergency phone just in case THANK YOU!

Took my HP omen laptop to them to change the thermal paste, the laptop then started shutting down on its own when I use it, and 2 days later the laptop screen stays black when I turn the laptop on. I spoke to HP and was told that the motherboard has been probably physically damaged during the work that has been performed on it. Now I need to pay PS350 to fix what they ruined for me.

It is insane that after they ruined my laptop they are trying to say that I brought it to them with the problem otherwise why would I bring it , I took it to them because it needed thermal paste replacement and fan cleaning.

Today, we had a wonderful experience at this repair shop. My cousin from Orpington dropped his phone, and it went off. A nearby shop on Camden High Street diagnosed it as a broken screen and quoted PS95 for a replacement one. However, when we came to this shop, the technician discovered the screen was fine and shockingly it was just a disconnected battery cable from the shock. They fixed it and “refused” to accept any payment for their time or labor. Honestly, I appreciate the kind gesture; we will definitely do come back for business here. Thank you so so much.
