We went there for a battery replacement and a back glass repair on the iPhone 13 Pro, now the first problem was they told us it’ll be a few days and we’ll get a call to come in but i didn’t hear anything for 3 weeks, got frustrated and decided to just turn up and ask what’s going on and then decided they can fix it
Took 1 day which I’m happy with, came in, phone looked great, the glass looks like new but the battery replacement, it was replaced with a cheap knock off version which completely killed my phone, I’ve now had to buy brand new phone so I can do my job
No compassion for any feelings, just want your money, didn’t have the decency to tell the customer that the outcome of the photo did not come out well, they did advise that it may be a little blurry but infact it was so much worse then what they said and should have told the customer the truth before taking their money ! now that was only a print therefore should have not cost the customer PS50 ! Be careful as they only interested in your money,
Do not pay this man untill you have seen the finished product, the canvuses already payed for were unrecognisable, i was informed that being enlarged may be blurred but the pitcures printed was not how explained, I was then told no refunds as he had already printed, he should of called and explained the problem before he was so rude and no compassion atal for my grief I was told to leave the shop with no canvus or money
