This has been the worst service I have ever encountered. Please do not trust them with your computer, they are nothing more than scammers. When I brought my wife’s very old MacBook in for diagnostics, we were informed that it would cost 280 EUR to fix it. Given the age and value of her laptop, she decided against the repair and explicitly told them not to proceed with it. We even made sure to put it in writing to avoid any misunderstandings. Despite this, they went ahead and repaired her laptop against our explicit instructions. Even after showing them the message exchange where it was explicitly stated that we did not want it fixed, they shamelessly denied any wrongdoing. When we reached out to them to rectify the situation and return the laptop, they completely ignored us. It has been months, and they still have the laptop. As recent as yesterday, they informed us (in writing) that they refuse to hand the laptop as a ‘service has been provided’. This, again, ignores the fact that this ‘service’ was taken against our explicit instruction. They have shown no regard for our concern or my wife’s laptop. This has been an incredibly unpleasant experience: My wife has been left feeling violated and scammed. They have wasted our time and exposed my wife’s personal data and files to potential security risks by holding onto my laptop without my consent. I strongly advise against trusting them with your computer.

I recently brought my desktop computer in for repair after it wouldn’t turn on. Initially, I was told the diagnosis would be free over the phone. However, upon arrival, I was informed there would be a 60 Euro charge due to the nature of desktop repairs (something that was not previously communicated on the phone).

The repair itself was successful, and my computer is working again. However, there was a 10 Euro surcharge for reconnecting hardware (For which I gave not explicit consent), which wasn’t initially communicated. Additionally, the shop owner installed a new SSD without my explicit consent and tried to charge me 200 Euro for it (100 euro only for installing it although it took him less than 3 minutes to do it). I declined the SSD and had my original hard drive reinstalled.

While my computer was fixed, the inconsistent information regarding pricing and the attempt to upsell me on a part without my explicit consdent left me with a negative impression. I wouldn’t feel comfortable returning to this shop in the future because I felt like you are one step away from being ripped off the whole time.

Terrible service. These people are scammers. Do not trust them with your computer. After running diagnoistics, I was contacted via text to say that a repair would cost 280 EUR. I responded promptly to inform them that I did not want it to be fixed because it was very old. They ignored my message, and contacted me the following day to say that they had fixed it anyway (despite writing in plain text that I did not want it to be fixed) and that I owed them 280 EUR (on top of the 40 EUR charge for running diagnostics). After explaining that I did not ask for it to be fixed (including by showing them the message exhange where I stated plainly that I did not want it fixed) they first denied this, then tried to negotiate a cheaper price (?), and after again showing them the text that states plainly that I did not want it to be fixed, they have gone completely silent. All calls, texts, and emails have gone unanswered. This was nearly 2 months ago and they still have my laptop and still will not respond to me meaning that I have had to get the police and lawyers involved.
