Had an awesome experience at the Kelowna location. I walked in, held my phone up showing that it was smashed, and he had 3 screens in his hand before he even made it up to the counter! I ended up purchasing a new (used) phone from him instead of having mine repaired and the customer service was amazing. Highly recommend. Glad to know there are more locations in Kamloops, will be using this company for phones going forward.

Multiple times they’ve helped me with lint trapped in charging ports for no charge. And with the few more major issues I’ve had they’ve done awesome work with a focus on what’s best for my wallet and experience. Definitely recommended and I’ve dealt with at least 3 repair outfits in the Okanagan. It’s a small shop with an unassuming feel but just like with Chinese food, that’s when ya know you got some quality.
